Nitin Jatta

Nitin Jatta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nitin currently holds the position of Global Head of Workforce Management at Transcom, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Workforce Management at Teleperformance from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Teleperformance, Nitin worked as an Associate Vice President of Workforce Management and Business Excellence at Minacs, A Concentrix Company from 2015 to 2017.

From 2010 to 2015, Nitin held the position of General Manager of Product Support Center Operations & Vendor Management at Kodak. In this role, they were responsible for support planning and delivery for Kodak's consumer products and managing outsourced partners. Before Kodak, they were the General Manager of Business Excellence at Adity Birla Minacs from 2009 to 2010.

Nitin's earlier experience includes roles such as DGM of Resource Planning & Global Call Center Operations at Satyam BPO from 2007 to 2009, Operations Manager of Global Operations Workforce Management at Dell International Services from 2006 to 2007, and Team Manager Operations and Head of WFM at Hewlett Packard from 2003 to 2006.

Their career began at Accenture Technology Solutions, where they worked as a Team Lead from 2003 to 2003, focusing on setting up reporting processes and scheduling and forecasting volumes. At GE, Nitin served as a Process Developer in the GEFA division from 2000 to 2003.

From 1996 to 1999, Nitin Jatta studied Commerce at Delhi University and earned a BCOM degree.
