Peter Paul Perez is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in innovation and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director for Innovation at Transcom since November 2012, Peter Paul has expertise in developing virtual reality learning and mobile applications. Prior to this role, Peter Paul held various positions at Concentrix, including Senior Manager for Customer Experience Management and multiple program management roles, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing KPO/BPO projects, knowledge management initiatives, and business development activities. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Professor at St. Paul University Philippines, focusing on curriculum development in systems analysis, database design, and multimedia development.
