Ralf Schwiegelshon

Ralf Schwiegelshon is an experienced executive currently serving as Managing Director for Germany, West Adriatics, and Greece at Transcom since January 2020, after holding roles including Director of Sales and Operations for the Business Unit Energy Supplier and Head of Business Development for Central Europe. Prior to Transcom, Ralf served as CEO of expertcloud.de GmbH, where responsibilities included virtual call center management, business development, and key account management. Ralf also held senior positions at walter services GmbH, including SVP Sales and Key Account Management and COO, as well as VP of Customer Care at Sky Deutschland GmbH & Co KG, where expertise in call center operations and transition management was developed. Ralf began the career in engineering roles at RTL Group, focusing on broadcasting and cable network projects. Ralf holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering from the Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
