Travis Coates

Travis Coates currently serves as the CEO for Transcom in the Americas and Asia Pacific, overseeing growth and delivery within the region since September 2022. Previously, Travis held several key positions at Teleperformance from May 2006 to February 2021, including Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Operations Officer, where notable achievements included leading the Philippines operations through three acquisition integrations and significantly increasing the workforce from approximately 20,000 to over 40,000 employees. Travis's extensive background also includes roles as Executive Vice President of the Advanced Services Division and Vice President of Client Services in the Philippines, along with early career experiences at Expedia, StarBand, and Packard Bell NEC, where management of customer support and operational strategies were focal points. Travis studied at the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2005.
