Youssef Salhi

Youssef Salhi has extensive experience in operational management and team leadership across various roles in the customer service and engineering sectors. Currently part of Transcom's business support team since June 2017, Youssef previously served as Director of Operations at The Little Gym International, Inc. from July 2016 to June 2017. Additional roles include Responsable Opérationnel at AB ENGINEERING and Principal Chief Executive Officer at PROVOICE, where responsibilities encompassed human resource management and production planning. Youssef also spent over a decade at Teleperformance in various leadership capacities, focusing on team coordination, administrative oversight, and customer service excellence. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Technology in electrical and electronic maintenance and repair from the Centre Sectoriel de Formation en Electronique de Sousse, completed between 1999 and 2001.
