M. Shabbir Ali

M. Shabbir Ali, SHRM-SCP, ODCP, is a seasoned HR strategist with nearly 30 years of experience in diverse leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Head of HR & Director at Transcom Group, Shabbir leads HR initiatives across the company's operations. Previously, Shabbir held key positions at City Group, DBL Group, AB Bank Ltd, and other notable firms, overseeing comprehensive HR functions and ensuring regulatory compliance. In addition, Shabbir is a Global Goodwill Ambassador and a recognized leader, receiving the Bangladesh C-Suite Award for CHRO of the Year in 2025. Shabbir earned an MBA in Human Resources from the International Islamic University Chittagong and holds a Senior Certified Professional designation from SHRM.
