Rodrigo Depaula

Rodrigo DePaula is an experienced professional with a background in program management and business development in the Tolling and ITS industries. Rodrigo held the position of Associate Vice President at TransCore since 2015, where they were responsible for delivering toll programs and projects on time and within budget. Prior to this, Rodrigo worked as a Project Management Consultant at Atkins from 2005 to 2015, overseeing the delivery of tolling components in projects statewide. Before that, they were a GIS Project Engineer at Montgomery Consulting Group, Inc. and a Construction Engineering Intern at Mencasa S/A.

Rodrigo DePaula, P.E., PMP completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil & Transportation Engineering from FEI in 2000. Rodrigo then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida between 2001 and 2003. In 2017, they attended the International Bridge, Tunnel, and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) Leadership Academy to further develop their leadership skills. Rodrigo DePaula also obtained certifications as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in 2008 and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
