Ha-Yeon Kim-Penard

Ha-Yeon KIM-PENARD has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Ha-Yeon is currently working as a Scientific Business Developer and Project leader at TransCure bioServices since November 2020. Prior to that, they were a PhD student and Research scientist assistant at the Curie Institute from 2016 to 2019, where they also had a brief role as a Research scientist assistant in 2016. Ha-Yeon also worked as a Research scientist assistant at Institut Jacques Monod/CNRS & University Paris Diderot in 2015 and Inserm in 2013. In addition, they have experience as a Translator for Ycellbio Medical company's PRP kit promotion during the 11th AMWC in 2013 and as a Translator for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and TvN (South Korea) in 2012.

Ha-Yeon KIM-PENARD has an extensive education history. Ha-Yeon began their academic journey in 2007 at the Centre International de Valbonne, where they obtained a General Baccalaureate in the science field. Ha-Yeon then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Sciences de la vie et de la Santé at Université Côte d'Azur from 2011 to 2014.

In 2013, Ha-Yeon transferred to St. Lawrence University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. Ha-Yeon continued their education by completing a Master of Science degree in Cell and molecular biology at Denis Diderot University (Paris VII) from 2014 to 2016.

Ha-Yeon's academic journey culminated in their pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Cell and molecular biology at Université Paris Cité from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Ha-Yeon KIM-PENARD has obtained several certifications. Ha-Yeon completed "Introduction to Data Science with Python" from Coursera in April 2020, and "Python 3 - Des fondamentaux aux concepts avancés du langage" from Université Côte d'Azur in December 2019. In January 2019, they obtained the "Hackinscience Python 2019" certification from CRI, and in April 2018, they completed "Introduction à Fiji (Image J)" from Institut Curie. Furthermore, Ha-Yeon holds a TOEFL iBT - Proficiency C2 certification, scoring 97 out of 120, which they obtained from Université de Montpellier in 2014.
