Frank Hidalgo has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Frank started their career at IBM in 1985, where they worked as a Project Manager and System Integrator for IBM Federal Systems, leading complex integration services projects for NASA. Frank also served as a Project Manager for the IBM Multivendor Coexistence Center, leading integration services projects for IBM customers. From 1993 to 1998, Frank worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and Team Lead, developing new business and delivering presentations on IBM brand strategies and offerings.

In 1999, Frank transitioned into a Sales Manager role at IBM, where they led the Software Brand Team and managed the Software Account Manager Team, responsible for positioning IBM Middleware to fortune 1000 clients.
