Maxwell Brusky

Maxwell Brusky currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation at Transdev North America, overseeing the company's nationwide Auto and General Liability Claims since August 2025. Prior to this role, Maxwell held the position of Director of Claims Management at Bulkmatic Transport Company from January 2023 to August 2025. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Gallagher Bassett, Hub Group Trucking, and ownership of a litigation boutique specializing in insurance subrogation and defense. Maxwell began the legal career as an associate at several law firms and served as a Staff Attorney in the Tort Litigation section of the Chicago Transit Authority Law Department. Maxwell holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and the History of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
