Guillaume Monnier

Guillaume Monnier serves as the International Rail Project Director at Transdev since July 2023, after a significant tenure at Groupe Keolis from April 2007 to July 2023. Monnier's expertise includes operational management of the Doha Metro, where responsibilities involved overseeing a 60-member staff, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, and leading performance meetings and working groups for operational improvements. Contributions during the Doha Metro mobilization phase included recruitment, staff training, and compliance with safety regulations. Previous roles include Managing the Operations Control Center in Dijon and serving as a bid operations expert for Doha Metro, showcasing a strong background in operations management, system design evaluation, and incident response. Monnier holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon and additional education at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
