Laura Connolly is an experienced Calibration Specialist and Mapping Specialist at Transdev since November 2019, focusing on verifying road conditions for autonomous vehicle fleet mapping and providing documentation of changes. Previously, Laura held roles as a Senior Driver in the Autonomous Vehicle Department, conducting software testing and collaborating with various stakeholders for system improvements. Laura's experience includes serving as a Community Support Specialist at Ring, where support for neighbors included troubleshooting tech issues, and providing customer service at Alorica in the Geek Squad department. Additionally, Laura worked at CaptionCall, where responsibilities included dictation for the hard-of-hearing and mentoring trainees. Laura holds a High School Diploma from Pinnacle Charter High School.
