Laurent Verhoest

Laurent Verhoest serves as the Group Chief Data and Technology Officer at Transdev since July 2021, overseeing data and technology for a global leader in mobility with significant operations across 17 countries. Prior to this role, Laurent was the Group Enterprise Architecture Director at Sonepar from July 2019 to June 2021, and held the position of Architecture, Methods and Standards Director at Europcar Mobility Group from February 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing IT transformation initiatives and enterprise architecture. Laurent's earlier experience includes roles as Chief Technical Officer at FullSIX Groupe and Grand Union Paris, as well as positions at FULLBOOSTER, ALTI, and various other companies, gaining expertise in technical project management, digital strategy, and due diligence in technology sectors. Laurent obtained an engineering degree in Computer Science and Knowledge Engineering from CentraleSupélec in 1998.
