Pascale Giet

Pascale Giet is the Founder and CEO of &Cie, a consultancy focused on engagement and cultural transformation for companies and foundations, since January 2025. Prior to this, Pascale served as Senior Vice President Group Communication at Transdev from April 2017 to 2024, overseeing brand governance, internal and external communications, and crisis management within a €10 billion public transportation leader. Previous roles include Senior Vice President Communication, Sustainability & Social Impact at Rexel Group, Senior Vice President Group Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility at Europ Assistance Group, and various senior communications positions at Pirelli, e-TF1, Vivendi, comdev, and Expand Group. Pascale holds a Master in Political & Social Communications from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and completed an AMP in Management at INSEAD.
