Shaheen Abdullah

Shaheen Abdullah is a Senior Manager of People Analytics at Transdev since November 2022, where a comprehensive roadmap for People Analytics has been designed, along with the creation of the first enterprise-wide HR dashboard used for KPI monitoring across 18 countries. Previously, as People Analytics Lead at Atos from October 2020 to September 2022, Shaheen developed the initial Group HR dashboard, enhanced decision-making through data insights, and conducted statistical analyses to optimize workforce strategies. Experience also includes roles as HR Automation & Data Specialist and Learning and Development Reporting Analyst, focusing on automating HR workflows and improving training programs, respectively. Shaheen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in English language, literature, and history from Université Grenoble Alpes.
