Aubrey De Grey

Aubrey de Grey is a prominent researcher and advocate in the field of longevity and biomedical research. Currently serving as President and Chief Science Officer at the Longevity Escape Velocity (LEV) Foundation since October 2022, Aubrey also co-founded Viento in January 2019. Previously, Aubrey held the position of Chief Science Officer at the SENS Research Foundation from 2009 to August 2021, where responsibilities included orchestrating research efforts and establishing collaborations. Other notable roles include VP of New Technology Discovery at AgeX Therapeutics and Chairman and Chief Science Officer at the Methuselah Foundation. Aubrey's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biology and a B.A. in Computer Science, both from the University of Cambridge, complemented by extensive experience in bioinformatics.
