Francesco Picconi

Francesco Picconi is a seasoned professional in executive search and leadership consulting, currently serving as a Senior International Partner at Transearch International since May 2023. Previously, Francesco held the position of Senior Partner at Amrop from January 2022 to January 2023 and served as a Senior HR Executive at Saudi Aramco from January 2014 to January 2021, overseeing various business units and leading change management in digital transformation. Prior experience includes Global Chief HR Officer at Renantis (formerly Falck Renewables) and HR Director for the South Europe & Africa Region at GE Renewable Energy (formerly Areva T&D). Francesco holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi and serves as a lecturer for MBA and Executive MBA programs at POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
