Ulrich F. Ackermann

Ulrich F. Ackermann serves as Chairman of the Board at TRANSEARCH since April 2001 and previously held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board/Chairman Europe. Concurrently, Ulrich has been the Managing Partner at TRANSEARCH Deutschland since January 1996. Prior experience includes serving as Chairman of the Management Board at Kempel Fashion Group from January 1994 to December 1995, and as a Member of the Management Board for Sales & Marketing at HUGO BOSS during 1992-1993. Ulrich held various leadership roles at adidas from 1984 to 1992, including President Directeur General of adidas Sarragan S.A. and Director of Sales & Marketing for Germany. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager for ellesse in Germany from 1978 to 1984. Ulrich F. Ackermann completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD in 1990 and earned a degree from the University of Tübingen from 1973 to 1978.
