Tammy Dwight-Ministero

Tammy Dwight-Ministero has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tammy is currently working as the Senior Director of Partner Success at Transeo, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, Tammy worked at Paper as a Learning Manager, where they designed and implemented a training program for sales employees. Tammy also served as a Lead Partnership Associate and a Partnership Associate at the same company.

Before their time at Paper, Tammy held the position of Sales at Edgenuity Inc., where they managed the entire deal lifecycle and delivered sales presentations and product demos.

Tammy has also worked in the education sector, serving as an Online and Blended Learning Coordinator at Denton ISD and as a Virtual Learning Specialist at Keller ISD. Tammy has experience coordinating and implementing fully-online and blended learning initiatives, as well as providing support for virtual learning programs.

Prior to their roles in education, Tammy worked as an Educator in various K-12 school districts in Texas. Tammy has also worked as an Educational Consultant at Amplify and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston.

Early in their career, Tammy gained experience in public health, working as an Immunization Project Coordinator at Texas Children's Hospital and as a Regional Health Promotion Manager at the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Tammy Dwight-Ministero holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree from Baylor University. Tammy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University. Tammy attended Southwest High School and completed their education there in 1994. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Google Certified Educator, Level 2; Principal, Teaching certification from the Texas Education Agency; TXVSN certified teacher; Texas Principal Certification; and Texas Teacher Certification.
