Låtta Brodén

Låtta Brodén has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources sector since 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Teligent Ltd. Låtta then moved to Sida as an Organizational and Business Developer, where they developed a strategic talent acquisition process and managed an organizational change group during a reorganization. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at CL Fitness Sverige AB as an HR Manager and Business Developer, where they were part of the leadership team and responsible for developing the HR function, signing collective agreements and coaching managers. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at JFK Invest Västerås AB as a Business Manager. Most recently, they have been an HR Manager at Transfer Galaxy since 2022.

Låtta Brodén attended the Stockholm Institute of Education from 1991 to 1995. In 2009, they completed a Monitoring and Evaluation course at JDCDN Jonint Donars Competence Development Network. In 2011, they attended Fakultetskurser for Fördjupning arbetsmiljölagstiftning och systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete, Förvaltningsrätt, and SIS Swedish Standards Institute for Kvalitetsledning. In 2013, they attended Folkuniversitetet for Arbetsrätt. In 2014, they attended Fakultetskurser for Arbetsrätt.
