Mustafa Osman

Mustafa Osman has over 13 years of experience in the Money Transfer industry, currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at TransferGalaxy since October 2014. In this role, Mustafa oversees all aspects of customer success, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Education, Support, Community, and Operations teams. Prior to TransferGalaxy, Mustafa held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Dahabshiil Transfer Services Limited from April 2008 to June 2014, where responsibilities included developing growth and marketing strategies, increasing sales, and managing regional marketing operations in Sweden. Earlier in the career, Mustafa was the Chief Operating Officer at Star.Company from February 2000 to March 2007, responsible for directing company operations and establishing policies to meet financial goals.
