Simon Moran

Simon Moran is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at TransferGo since May 2019, Simon leads strategic business development, banking infrastructure, and local country management for a leading digital remittance platform. Prior to this role, Simon was Chief Commercial & Operations Officer at Yoyo, overseeing sales, partnerships, and operations for a prominent mobile loyalty and payments platform. Simon's tenure at PayPal spanned nearly nine years, during which Simon held various senior management positions, including General Manager of UK Merchant Services, where Simon managed teams of over 100 individuals and was instrumental in client relationship development. Earlier experience includes key roles at Visa Europe, where Simon managed partnerships and business development, as well as foundational work in project management at American Express. Simon holds a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Brighton.
