David Hughes

David Hughes has been in the finance industry for over 15 years. David started their career at Ulster Bank in 2006 as Business Manager for Business Services Ireland. In 2010, they joined Royal Bank of Scotland as CAO for Global Transaction Services in the Americas. David remained with RBS until 2015 when they left to join Citizens Bank as Head of Commercial Cards and Merchant Services. David stayed with Citizens Bank until 2021 when they became the Chief Commercial Officer at TransferMate.

David Hughes has a Master of Business Studies from University College Dublin in the field of International Business. David also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin in Commerce International (German) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Regensburg in Commerce International (German).

Their manager is Sinead Fitzmaurice, CEO & Co-Founder. David Hughes works with Margaret Corrigan - Chief Information Security Officer, Barry Henderson - Global Regulatory Manager, and Gary Conroy - Chief Product Officer.
