Oleksandr Podobrii

Oleksandr Podobrii has worked as a Senior Project Manager at TransferRoom since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at lifecell Ukraine starting from 2013. At lifecell Ukraine, they held various roles, including Senior Delivery Manager from October 2020 to September 2022, Delivery Manager from December 2016 to October 2020, Senior Project Manager from July 2015 to December 2016, Middle Project Manager from November 2014 to July 2015, Service Desk Coordinator from April 2014 to November 2014, and Service Desk Engineer from March 2013 to April 2014. In their role as a Senior Delivery Manager, Oleksandr led and managed a team of 14 developers and QAs, handled people management, team motivation, mentoring, recruitment, cross-functional teams coordination and support, stakeholder management, project planning, and resources planning.

Oleksandr Podobrii completed their Master's Degree in Telecommunications at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2008 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In August 2016, they obtained a certification in User Experience Fundamentals for Web Design from Lynda.com. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn. Oleksandr'smost recent certification in People Management was obtained in August 2022 from 4TEAL.
