Bastien Lepoutre

Bastien Lepoutre is an experienced professional in the fields of project management, engineering, and sustainable development. Currently serving as Ingénieur Chef de projet at TransfertPress since January 2022, Bastien specializes in automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0, focusing on research and development as well as the implementation of new production methods. As the founder of Nefilatek, initiated in September 2018, Bastien leads the recycling of plastics for 3D printing filaments, emphasizing more than 95% recycled materials and rapid prototyping services in France. Previously, as the founder of Vikasae from November 2017 to January 2020, Bastien offered expertise in eco-design and lifecycle analysis. Bastien also held positions at NEO ECO Developpement as an assistant engineer, where responsibilities included process development and waste valorization, and at Optimachines in logistics. Educated at Polytechnique Montréal from 2014 to 2018, Bastien's professional history reflects a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation in production methodologies.
