Allyson Spaventa

Allyson Spaventa is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Transflo since 2023, Allyson previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at CenterSquare Investment Management from 2021 to 2022, where responsibilities included advising executives on performance management and team development. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Atlas Energy Group, LLC (2017-2021), where Allyson led talent strategy and engagement initiatives, and Vice President of Human Resources at Lombard International (USA) (2013-2017), focusing on HR strategy and talent acquisition.
