Brett Hickman

Brett Hickman has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Brett began their career as a Network Administrator at Bond International Software, Inc. in 2001 and later transitioned to a Systems Engineer role in 2003. In the same year, they joined Capital One as an Active Directory Administrator. InPower hired him as a Professional Services Engineer in 2005, where they worked until 2012. After that, they joined WebPoint IT Solutions as a Professional Services Engineer in 2013, where they stayed until 2016. Currently, they serve as the Director of IT at TransForce, a position they have held since 2016.

Brett Hickman attended Clover Hill High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their high school diploma. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, BrightEdge Professional Certification from BrightEdge in 2018, Certified Meraki Network Operator from Cisco Meraki in 2018, dSSE: Digium Switchvox Support Engineer from Digium in 2016, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2002.
