Lisa Chan-Sawin's work experience includes:

- CEO at Transform Health, LLC, a health care consulting firm focused on advancing innovations in health and health care through critical analysis, program and policy development, and strategic implementation services.

- Chief DSRIP Innovations Officer and Director of Policy & Operations at Harbage Consulting, LLC, where they provided consulting services nationally on health care innovation, delivery system transformation, and cost containment issues. Lisa also supported clients on Medicaid and ACA implementation issues and developed policy papers and program models for delivery system transformation.

- Consultant to the Senate Health Committee at the California State Senate, where they analyzed legislation, conducted policy research, and provided support to senators on health-related bills and initiatives.

- Policy Analyst/Project Coordinator at California Children's Health Initiatives, where they analyzed children's health policy issues and worked on CHIP reauthorization and implementation.
