Ray Cova

Ray Cova holds an MBA with a focus on Operations Management and Human Resource Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Transformco since October 2021, Ray previously held various HR roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist, where significant contributions included strategic recruiting and policy implementation. In addition to HR experience, Ray manages a six-flat apartment complex as an Apartment Property Manager at Lawmen Estates LLC, which has been ongoing since June 2011. Ray's experience also encompasses customer service operations at the University of Illinois Catering Services. Ray is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
