Marwan Aljahani's work experience includes being the CEO of Transform | Humanizing Growth, where they lead initiatives for transformative change and strategic leadership. Marwan is also a founding member and Leadership Value Lead at Values 20 Group, guiding the establishment of a global community focused on crafting policies rooted in fundamental values. Marwan has served as the Co-Active Leadership Program Leader at Co-Active Training Institute and an Affiliate, Facilitator, and Executive Coach at McKinsey & Company. Marwan has also worked as a Leadership Faculty and Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership. Marwan's previous roles include being the Managing Partner - KSA at ShiftIN Partners - A Sia Partners Company, a Board Member at Entrepreneurs' Organization, Riyadh Chapter, and a Change Management & Learning Manager at SABIC. Throughout their career, Marwan has demonstrated a strong focus on strategic leadership, innovation, and driving transformative shifts within organizations.

Marwan Aljahani received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from King Saud University in 2006. In 2009, they completed a Master's degree in International Technology Management from the University of Warwick. Marwan Aljahani also obtained a Master's degree in Change from INSEAD in 2023, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Marwan pursued further education in leadership and management, including completing a Management Development Programme in 2013 from Hult Ashridge and a Leadership Program from The Coaches Training Institute CTI in 2015-2016. Marwan Aljahani has also acquired various certifications, such as the Scaling Up Monsha'at from the Growth Institute in 2022 and being certified as a Wrong Thinker from Solve Next in 2019. Marwan holds certifications in leadership development, including the Leadership Circle Certification in 2018, and has completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) from the Center for Creative Leadership in the same year.
