Sneha S Kumar currently serves as a Practitioner at Transform Rural India since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sneha was engaged in the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship program at the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, India, from October 2021 to October 2023. Sneha also held the position of Assistant Professor at Kottayam Institute of Technology & Science for a brief period in 2021 and was a Co-Founder at Fireflies, focusing on social change through responsible volunteering from February 2020 to October 2021. In 2018, Sneha participated in a Research Fellowship at CSIR-National Institute of Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, contributing to a project on electrochromic applications. Educationally, Sneha is pursuing a program at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu, having previously earned a Master's degree from Central University of Kerala and a Bachelor's degree from Mar Ivanios College. Additional qualifications include a Diploma in Computer Applications and a Certificate in Parliamentary Practices and Procedures, along with a course in Corporate Social Responsibility from HCL Foundation.
