Sarah Fernandes

Sarah Fernandes, CHRL, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at TransForm Shared Service Organization since March 2014. In this role, Sarah coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs, manages recruitment processes, facilitates employee orientation and training, and provides guidance on compliance with employment legislation. Prior to this position, Sarah worked as an HR Assistant & Payroll Clerk at TransForm SSO, managing administrative tasks and payroll processing, and held the role of Human Resource Generalist at Navistar from 2004 to 2009. Sarah holds a degree in Business Management - Human Resources from St. Clair College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources at the University of Windsor.
