Mike Butler Miol

Mike Butler MIoL is an experienced leader and founder of TBA Executive Search & Management Consultancy, providing executive recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe since 1988. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Transform Trust, Mike is involved in overseeing an innovative Multi Academy Trust with 25 member schools in the East Midlands. In addition, Mike holds roles as Trustee & Chair at MSSC (Marine Society & Sea Cadets), Partner at Engagement Multiplier (now Empowered), and Facilitator & Host at Volta Blue, a community for business leaders. Mike's extensive background also includes two decades of service as Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Navy and RNR, and a commitment to volunteer work with Victim Support. Mike's educational background includes studies at Britannia Royal Naval College, Ellesmere College, and ongoing education at Plymouth CFE.
