Justin Hegwood is an experienced professional in site operations and digital marketing, currently serving as the Director of Site Operations at Transformation Church since April 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at Inspiration Ministries from October 2007 to April 2024, culminating as the Digital Marketing Traffic & Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing digital project operations and managing marketing initiatives. Justin also contributed significantly to Inspiration TV, supporting its operations and sales planning, along with managing partner services and quality assurance functions. Earlier experience includes teaching at Jackson Park Ministries and leading youth programs at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Ninth Street Missionary Baptist Church.
