Phil Bejarno is an accomplished Executive Coach with extensive experience in leadership development and strategic thinking. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at bettercoach, Transformation Edge Coaching & Consulting, Cambria Consulting, and Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business since 2023, 2021, and 2018 respectively, Phil also holds the title of Emotional and Social Intelligence Meta-Coach at Goleman EI. With a robust background at John Deere spanning over 30 years, Phil played a pivotal role in launching the Executive Coaching Program and executing global coaching strategies. Phil possesses an MBA in Marketing from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
