Amelia Fazackerley

Amelia Fazackerley is an experienced mental health professional with a robust background in various roles within mental health and addiction treatment settings. Currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician at Transformations Care Network since November 2022, Amelia previously worked as a Detox Clinician and Clinical Director at Community Healthlink Inc until March 2023. Prior positions include Group Facilitator and Clinician at Washburn House, Rehabilitation Counselor at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital, and Music Therapist at Bethany Health Care Center. Amelia's early experience includes a music therapy internship and practicum.
