Stephanie Arrington

Stephanie Arrington's work experience includes serving as the National Director of Operations at Transformations Care Network since November 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Beacon Health Options, including Chief of Staff to COO from March 2020 to November 2021, Associate Vice President of Transformation Operations from January 2019 to March 2020, Account Director from August 2017 to December 2018, and Clinical Director from December 2014 to July 2017. Before joining Beacon Health Options, they worked as the Director of Client Services at Park Slope Center for Mental Health from June 2010 to November 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Psychotherapist at Park Slope Center for Mental Health and Private Practice from September 2009 to November 2014, and as a Sr. Case Manager in the Arraignment Unit at Safe Horizon from January 2007 to August 2009.

Stephanie Arrington holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University, with a focus on Client Centered Management. Additionally, they completed a Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) at New York University. Stephanie also received a certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice with Adolescence from New York University. Prior to their Master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from Pace University, with a major in Cultural Anthropology and Women's Studies.
