Jonny Wathen

Jonny Wathen currently serves as a Pre Schools Board Trustee and Trustee on the Board of Directors at Waterton Academy Trust since September 2022. In addition, Jonny is the CIO and Founding Director of TransforMATive. Previous roles include Governor at Wellspring Academy Trust and a member of the Trust Executive Team at Elements Primary School, overseeing digital, performance, and commercial services. Jonny's experience further includes leadership positions within the Association of Colleges and The Sheffield College, focusing on strategic development in sport and education. Jonny holds an Executive MBA from The University of Sheffield and various management and leadership qualifications, contributing significantly to curriculum development and quality assurance over a diverse educational career.
