From 2015 to 2016, they were a Data Scientist at Algorics, where they developed statistical algorithms for clinical trial operational efficiency, supported the product development team, and led the validation of statistical algorithms with academic institutes. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been an Associate Director and Manager of Data Sciences at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC, where they have developed statistical algorithms for clinical trial operational efficiency, managed a team that creates metrics, analytical reports, and dashboards to the clients, and managed team members for training, performance, and career development.
