Allabux Jaffer

Allabux Jaffer has held various roles in the data sciences and analytics field over the past decade. From 2007 to 2008, they were an Associate at the Indian Statistical Institute, where they analyzed data statistically for ensuring continuous improvement in ISO certified industries, implemented ISO procedures and Six Sigma Methodology, and supervised the implementation of ISO procedures and Six Sigma Methodology. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Measurement Science Executive at The Nielsen Company, where they studied the sales of FMCG products across all markets globally, investigated problems related to the FMCG market trends, and monitored the factors impacting the Nielsen sample design. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Sr. Business Analyst at TCS. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Principal Analyst at Novartis, where they analyzed global clinical operational data, developed statistical models to evaluate risk of the hospitals, and led a predictive modeling team. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Data Scientist at Algorics, where they developed statistical algorithms for clinical trial operational efficiency, supported the product development team, and led the validation of statistical algorithms with academic institutes. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been an Associate Director and Manager of Data Sciences at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC, where they have developed statistical algorithms for clinical trial operational efficiency, managed a team that creates metrics, analytical reports, and dashboards to the clients, and managed team members for training, performance, and career development.

Allabux Jaffer attended Bharathiar University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a M.Sc in Statistics.
