Aly Heffelfinger

Aly Heffelfinger began their career in 1996 as an Associate at Agenus (formerly Antigenics). In 1999, they joined Research Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (RPS) as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, where they successfully established strong, trusted relationships with both internal and external counterparts around the globe. In 2013, they founded Yantes Consulting, a Global HR and Strategic Operational Management consulting services firm. Since 2015, they have been Executive Vice President at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC, where they develop unique platforms designed to transform the Clinical Research Industry.

Aly Heffelfinger is currently attending Temple University.
