Sandra Colhando

Sandra Colhando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. As Co-Founder and CEO of TransforME Learning & Leadership Solutions since March 2012, Sandra has led a multi-award-winning organization focused on talent development through transformational methodologies. Contributions to the field include serving as a member and thought leader at Forbes Coaches Council and facilitating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion sessions for PDT Global across the APAC and Oceania regions. Experience as a Leadership Facilitator and Coach for UNHCR involved running workshops on reflective leadership dialogues globally. Previous roles include Executive Coach at The Ken Blanchard Companies and Consultant for Mahindra Special Services. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM from Xavier School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Delhi University, along with a mindfulness-based stress reduction program from UMass Chan Medical School.
