Mandy Rasmussen, P.E., is an accomplished engineer currently serving as Plant Engineer at the City of Fort Collins since September 2024. Mandy earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University, following studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1999 to 2004.
