Erin Fortuna

Erin Fortuna currently serves as the Senior Director of Events at Transfr, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Erin held the position of Senior Event Strategist at IBM Watson Health | Merative from April 2022 to September 2023. Erin's extensive experience includes serving as the Senior Program and Events Officer for the Queensland Department of Education from May 2018 to April 2022, where strategic consultancy services were provided for various departmental initiatives. At the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation, Erin managed protocol and events for significant international dignitaries. Earlier in Erin's career, roles included Senior Marketing and Communications Officer at the Queensland Department of Education and Events & Engagement Officer at QUT. Erin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Production, Stage & Event Management from QUT, along with several diplomas in Marketing, Business Management, and Project Management.
