Nicolas Fonseca-Escobar

Nicolas Fonseca-Escobar, MPH, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in land management and marketing. Currently serving as a Staff Landman at Transglobal Services LLC, Nicolas is responsible for title running, property records search, and negotiating land contracts. Previously held the role of ROW Agent, focusing on acquiring right-of-way options for oil and gas clients. As a Co-Founder of Avision Digital, Nicolas provides marketing support specifically for Real Estate professionals. Former experience includes leading a team as Landman/Team Captain at MidContinent Oil and Gas LLC, mentoring undergraduate students at Texas Tech University, and managing properties for Jadel Investment Properties. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health from UTHealth School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas Tech University.
