Carlie Shales

Carlie Shales is a seasoned professional in employment relations and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Employment Relations Advisor at Transgrid since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Employment Relations Specialist and Lawyer at Catholic Employment Relations from July 2022 to October 2023, as well as an Industrial Relations Specialist at TAFE NSW from January 2018 to July 2022. Carlie has also held positions such as Workplace Relations Manager at Hunter TAFE and Human Resources Manager at Becker Mining Systems. With a strong foundation in HR and compliance from Adrec Holdings Pty Ltd, where Carlie worked from July 2001 to December 2010, educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law and legal studies at the University of Sydney and Monash University.
