Emma Whiting

Emma Whiting currently serves as the Head of Payroll at Transgrid since October 2025. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at Winning Group from September 2018 to November 2025, including Payroll Manager and Payroll/HR Operations Manager. Emma's earlier experience includes serving as Payroll/HR Manager at Seafolly from February 2013 to September 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing payroll and HR functions for multiple entities across various countries. Emma also worked as Payroll Manager at diva from March 2005 to December 2012 and at Entrepreneurs Night Out from November 2003 to March 2005, overseeing payroll operations for numerous employees across multiple regions. Additionally, Emma was a Payroll Manager and Assistant Accountant at Nextgen Networks from February 2001 to November 2003. Emma's educational background includes attendance at Beacon Hill Technology High School.
