Mark Doughty

Mark Doughty MBA serves as the Head of Security Services at Transguard Group since June 2018, overseeing a workforce of over 14,000 security guards and managing event security for significant occasions across the UAE. With extensive experience in security consultancy and management, Mark has held key positions, including Senior Manager of Security Services and Security Consultant, effectively operating across the GCC region. Previous roles include Deputy Operations Officer at Britam Defence, where Mark contributed to the management of operations across the MENA region, and Training Manager for security programs in Iraq. Mark is also recognized for developing security training programs for events such as the inaugural F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. With an MBA from Hult International Business School, Mark has a solid foundation in business administration and management.
