Steve Beale

Steve Beale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project planning and management within the security and aviation industries. Currently serving as the Head of Onboarding at Transguard Group since November 2016, Beale previously held the position of Senior Planning Manager. Prior to this role, Beale was the Head of Project Scheduling at Olive Group, where responsibilities included forecasting and scheduling for global operations while ensuring efficient asset allocation. Earlier in the career, Beale worked as the Gatwick Planning Manager at Swissport, overseeing ground handling for over 180 daily flights at a major UK airport, and as the Lead Planner at BAA for nearly two decades, focusing on data analysis and process improvements across operational functions.
