Justina Kaušpėdaitė has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Justina started their career in 2012 as a Group Leader at AB Lietuvos geležinkelai. In 2013, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at UAB Darbintera. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Personnel Manager at both UAB Fresh Market and UAB "Internetinė prekyba Fresh Market". Their most recent position was at Transimeksa, where they worked as a Personnel Manager from 2015 until May 2021. Justina then advanced to the role of Head of Human Resources in May 2021.
