Marina Ilmanova

Marina Ilmanova has had extensive experience in the field of human resources. Marina began their career at NMT in 2015 as a Human Resources Office Assistant and later became a Senior Recruitment Specialist. Marina then joined two other companies, ID Group and Два берега, where they held senior positions as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Recruiter, respectively. In 2019, Marina joined SK Design as the Human Resources Lead. Marina subsequently worked at The IDEA, first as an HR Generalist and later as the Head of Human Resources Development. Currently, Marina is the Head of the Human Resources Department at Transimeksa.

Marina Ilmanova pursued their undergraduate education from 2015 to 2020 at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Additionally, in January 2022, Marina obtained an EFSET English Certificate with a score of 79 out of 100 (C2 Proficient level) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
